Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your Blubird purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied we will gladly accept your timely return of merchandise in accordance with the terms and conditions set out below.

  • Within 14 days of the delivery date: Full-priced merchandise is eligible for exchange or return for a full refund to the original method of payment.
  • After 14 days: We will no longer accept exchanges or returns for refunds.
  • All sale items are ineligible for return, refund or exchange. These are final sales.
  • All items purchased under a discount code are not eligible for return, refund or exchange. 
For all returns or exchanges, items must not be washed, worn, or damaged. All original tags must be attached and presented with a valid original invoice.

We will not be responsible for any items sent to us for return or exchange that are lost, stolen, destroyed or damaged during shipping and we will not provide a refund or exchange for these items.

We do not accept returns and exchanges outside of Canada.

Blubird will not pay for returned or exchanged item shipping.
